  • Submit your listing contract and paperwork to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

  • Execute a comprehensive marketing campaign to attract Agents and Buyers locally, nationally, and globally to view your property.

  • Provide timely feedback from showings.

  • Provide updates on current market conditions affecting the sale of your home.

  • Screen potential Buyers financial standing, i.e. pre-qualification status

  • Provide professional representation for you in negotiations with the Buyer and Buyer’s agent.

  • Submit pertinent documents to all parties involved with your sale: processor, lender, etc.

  • Monitor appointments to provide access to the property for inspectors, appraiser, etc.

  • Monitor post-contract activity, to assure that all necessary inspections and documents are completed and available for closing.

  • Accompany you to closing and review all figures and documentation for accuracy.

  • Be available after the closing to assist you with any unresolved or unforeseen issues.
